The Metatron's Cube is derived from the Flower of Life. It begins with a central circle, surrounded by six more of the same size, forming a flower. And in turn each of these six has another in its extension. In total it has 13 equal circles that are connected with straight lines, expressing the intimate union between the masculine and the feminine. It is composed of the Five Platonic Solids (the tetraedo, the cube, the octahedron, the dodecahedron and the icosahedron, representing respectively earth, water, air, fire and spirit.
This powerful symbol represents all things that exist in the universe, no matter what it is or its level of importance, and the endless flow between everything and the universe. It represents the journey of energy through space, and also the balance within the universe.
