Above all, with silver pieces, the best recommendation is to avoid all products that contain sulfur, as they darken the metal. In general, I also recommend storing jewelry in padded bags or boxes with felt or other material that prevents scratches.
If your piece is silver and it has darkened you can get a special blue liquid sold in jewelry stores, to clean your jewelry according to its instructions.
And when you receive your order, look for a small cloth that I have included, this will help to maintain the shine in your pieces for longer. Do not worry about washing it, this has a polish that allows you to use it many times and will be perfect for its purpose.
